    Role, dates, fee, usage and exclusivity are captured up front. A brief with missing terms cannot go live.

    Cast

    Search verified talent, shortlist, request self-tapes and share a review link with your client.

    Book

    Talent get a one-page Know Your Booking summary, then accept, ask a question or decline. The contract is generated from the same terms.

    Work

    Call sheets, check-in, timesheets and overtime approval sit on the same record as the booking.

Before you join

When does ColdCast-SA open?

We are running a pilot with a small group of production companies and agencies first. Founding members are invited in groups, in the order they join the list, as the pilot grows.

Is it free for talent and creators?

Yes. Talent and creators never pay ColdCast-SA a fee on their bookings. Clients pay a subscription and a booking fee.

Do you hold or pay out money?

No. Clients pay talent or their agency directly. ColdCast-SA tracks what was agreed, what is due and what has been paid, and flags late payments.

Who can see my details?

Only the ColdCast-SA team, to contact you about joining. We do not sell or share your details. Read the privacy notice for the full picture, and you can delete your details at any time.

Do I need an agent?

No. Independent talent and talent with agents are both welcome. If you have an agent, they can manage your bookings with you.

Which parts of South Africa?

All nine provinces. Tell us where you are based so we can invite people in the areas where clients are booking first.
